Tune-Talk.online was created not by a generic corporation, but by passionate musicians who use TeamTalk every single day for creativity, connection, and craft.

The Tune-Talk Story

Tune-Talk.online started as a shared vision between two musicians who spend most of their time online creating, arranging, and collaborating. We wanted our own home on the web—a reliable domain and a dedicated space where voice clarity met musical expression.

More importantly, we wanted to combine what we already loved doing: hanging out together on TeamTalk and making music. While one of us writes and sings, the other arranges and builds the orchestration around it. TeamTalk naturally became our creative room, our communication tool, and our virtual studio.

Realizing how many musicians, gamers, and visually impaired individuals needed dependable servers that truly prioritize low-latency audio codecs without complex terminal commands, we built Tune-Talk into a full platform with an accessible web control panel.

Troy Torres

Founder, Composer, Arranger & Technical Director

Troy is a seasoned music composer, arranger, and software architect. Drawing from personal experience with assistive technology and DAW sound design (Reaper, Kontakt, Roland synthesizers), Troy built the Tune-Talk server infrastructure and web control panel to ensure complete screen reader accessibility and pristine audio quality.

Angelinne is the artistic voice and creative heart of Tune-Talk.online. As Vice Chief Executive Officer and principal songwriter, she oversees client relations, community wellness, vocal direction, and lyrical compositions. Her passion ensures every server owner feels supported as part of our extended family.

Phoebe is an acclaimed vocalist, songwriter, and co-founder of TEMA PH. Together with Troy, she launched early foundational Spotify releases including “Takdang Panahon” and the Kadayawan cultural anthem. Her vocal performances and songwriting mastery bring warmth and musical authenticity to our community.

TEMA PH Music Production

TEMA PH is an artistic collective uniting sighted and visually impaired musicians, arrangers, lyricists, and composers based in the Philippines. The organization was founded on the belief that music transcends all physical boundaries.

Originally established as Troy Music Production by Troy Torres and Phoebe Escosar, the team produced original releases on Spotify including “Takdang Panahon” and “Bagong Yugto”. With the addition of gifted lyricists Aleeia Maclit and Shyreen Abril, the group was officially christened TEMA PH, honoring the initials of its foundational members: Torres, Escosar, Maclit, and Abril.

Official Policy

Tune-Talk Server Owner Agreement & Guidelines

Our commitment is to keep your TeamTalk server available and running smoothly. Below are our foundational operating guidelines:

1. Hosting Provider Scope: Tune-Talk is a hosting service provider. We ensure your server remains online, fast, and accessible. However, server owners and their appointed administrators are entirely responsible for their own channel moderation, member disputes, and community conduct.
2. Privacy & Server Logs: For privacy and security reasons, server logs and private channel conversations are not snooped or recorded. We do not inspect your audio traffic.
3. Technical Staff Accounts: Your TeamTalk server may contain technical maintenance accounts assigned to our engineering team. These accounts are strictly reserved for server health, automated updates, and troubleshooting. Our staff will never join your server or interrupt your sessions unless specifically requested by you for technical support.
4. Administrator Privileges: Please be mindful when granting administrator access to other users. If an admin deletes accounts or reconfigures permissions, Tune-Talk cannot be held liable. Administrator keys should always be guarded with care.
